Two cities, one trip — grand plazas, old streets, late nights, flamenco, long walks and the looks I wore through it all.
Spain was the kind of trip that kept changing pace. Seville felt cinematic and sun-washed; Madrid brought the energy of a capital city. I wanted this edit to capture both — the beautiful landmarks, the spontaneous moments and the outfits that made the trip feel like mine.
A two-city Spanish escape.
For a trip split between Seville and Madrid, location matters. I loved being able to step outside and make the city itself the itinerary — walking, stopping for a meal, changing for the evening and heading right back out.
The city that stole the show.
Seville gave us the most dramatic backdrops: the Cathedral and Giralda, tiled plazas, carriage rides and an evening of flamenco. It is a city that practically asks you to slow down and look around.

A change of pace.
Madrid was the second chapter of the trip: busier, polished and made for long days on foot. Rather than over-plan it, I liked letting the days unfold around neighborhoods, meals, shopping and whatever caught our attention along the way.
Grand boulevards, landmark architecture and a rooftop view over the city.
That contrast is what made combining the two cities work so well — Seville for the romance and tradition, Madrid for the metropolitan energy.
Incredible food, memorable views.
Food became part of the rhythm of Spain — rooftop drinks over Madrid, long lunches, fresh seafood, local favorites and a paella worth remembering. I loved leaving enough room in the day for a meal to become an experience instead of just the next reservation.

Touristy? Maybe. Memorable? Absolutely. It matched the mood of the city perfectly.

The music, movement and atmosphere made this one of the most vivid nights of the trip.
The Spain wardrobe.
Comfortable shoes were non-negotiable, but I still wanted every look to feel pulled together. My formula was easy layers, strong sunglasses, a small crossbody and pieces that could go from sightseeing to lunch without a full reset.

Two cities made the trip.
I would pair Seville and Madrid again because they gave us two completely different versions of Spain in one edit. Seville delivered the romance, architecture and unforgettable evenings; Madrid brought the movement and city energy. Together, they made the trip feel full without feeling like the same day repeated.
